Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Vanssay — the Framer plugin, website (vanssay.net) and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
Vanssay lets you display reviews from your own Google Business Profile and/or Trustpilot page as widgets on websites built with Framer. We retrieve only publicly available review content via the platforms' interfaces; we are not affiliated with Google, Trustpilot, or Framer.
2. Your account
You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may only connect business profiles you own or are authorized to represent.
3. Plans, billing & refunds
- The Free plan is free forever, within its limits (views, reviews, widgets, watermark).
- Paid plans (Pro, Ultra) are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period, after which your widgets keep working within Free plan limits.
- 7-day money-back guarantee: request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription at support@vanssay.net.
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes never apply retroactively to an ongoing billing period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: display reviews that are not genuinely associated with your business; attempt to manipulate, fabricate, or misrepresent ratings; circumvent plan limits or watermarks; resell the service without authorization; or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Content & intellectual property
Review content belongs to its authors and the originating platforms. The Vanssay software, widgets, branding and site are our property; we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the widgets on your sites while your account is in good standing.
6. Availability & disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". We rely on third-party platforms (Google, Trustpilot, Framer, Stripe) and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that those platforms will not change their interfaces. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@vanssay.net. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms, with notice where reasonable.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
